When our tankless water heater was not working properly, Blue Conservation got someone out to assess very quickly. Our service provider, Dave, could not have been more accommodating. We needed a part, and Dave come the evening it was delivered, so that we weren’t without hot water any longer than necessary. All in all, BC was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with.

It’s not common to come across quality pricing, conversation, and overall workmanship but Blue Conservation set a fine standard.First spoke to Jim about the issue… Current tankless water heater had a low output and didn’t work correctly. He walked me through the problems of the unit but also found the manufacturer is willing to replace the unit under warranty even though it expired just 2 weeks prior.Insert Brian with the go ahead for the new install and in less than 2 days time, the new unit was on and running great.
