Peter's inspections are absolutely thorough. Thankfully the home we purchased was in great shape (and his work provided us that assurance), but he was still able to produce a 30+ page document of issues to address with a clear priority. He highlighted major issues (the roof, the air conditioning unit) while reporting small details (garage door buttons not within view of the garage, hand rails that require one to pick up their hand).
