They came out rapidly that day, even though it was a Sunday (and not an emergency), and gave us an estimate. They had to order parts, so the actual repair came about 4 days later. We had them out a second time, about a year later, to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Tracy came out the day after we contacted her, and this time they had a replacement faucet that we liked on their truck, so no return visit was necessary, as nothing else needed to be ordered.
