Wow. Was in town for a wedding this past month and my wife pushed me to join her for a yoga session. This place was recommended to my wife by one of her friends so we stopped here. Cannot express how amazing this place is and the quality of the staff/ownership!!! As a man who has never been into yoga, going to a yoga place might seek intimidating, but everyone here was so welcoming and passionate! 5/5 cannot recommend a place more!

Can’t say enough great things about this studio, Chris and her staff. Everyone here was so welcoming and the quality of the hot flow was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Coming from DC I was a little nervous about finding a studio in the area but all my doubts were answered after my first class, and at a much more affordable price I might add! I love SPY (Simply Power Yoga)! As a newbie in the area, I couldn't be happier to have found this community. Not only is the studio convenient and clean, there's a variety of classes available. Best of all, there are multiple teachers, all of whom lead a great class and clearly love teaching. Thank you all for the amazing place you've created and for supporting my yoga journey!
