This is top teir service. Schultz Company will be who I call from now on if I have any problems. The experience I had with their emergency service technician, Zach, was absolutely wonderful. It was 3 AM and Zach was friendly and professional. Over the phone he made it clear that he would get my furnace working for me. He arrived to my home in less than an hour, identified and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good about his service. The price was extremely fair for coming out on call at 3AM and repairing my furnace.
I realized I had an issue with my water heater and called Schultz at 9am. The technician was at my house by noon. He left to go get the brand new one and was back in an hour and finished the entire job by 4pm. I'm very impressed with the speed of service this company provided. The price of the tank/installation was very reasonable, and the technician was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.
Great service and friendly staff both over the phone and in person. They were able to help where other companies couldn’t, specifically for A/C issues. Dean was a great technician as well- thorough and communicative.
