First time meeting with Dr. Lindsey Kosicki and she was phenomenal. She was very thorough with the adjustment and all of the information/knowledge she provided. Dr. Lindsey took her time to understand my discomfort, talked through the issues I was having and provided a clear course of action. I left my first appointment physically feeling so much better and emotionally feeling so grateful to be heard and seen.

OMG, let me just say for a first time person going to a chiropractor I was relieved of all my fears. First and foremost, Amanda who is at the front desk greets you very professionally.Then I was greeted by my chiropractor, Dr. Lindsey who wanted too get to know me before she started asking questions why I was there.Once she knew what was going on with my back she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Explained when I was on the table what would happen next.I am very glad I had chosen this facility for my care.

This was my first chiropractor appt and it was with Dr. Kosicki. I was nervous but she quickly calmed me by listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail! The adjustments she made brought me instant relief and I look forward to continuing my chiropractic journey at Health First Chiropractic! 5 stars across the board! ?????
