Craig is the most amazing accountant. He's been taking care of my taxes for years. I won't go anywhere else. All the accountants and staff at this business are kind, wonderful, and very skilled people. They make something that can be very stressful into a pleasant and painless experience. Any time I have any questions, they get back to me quickly and resolve my confusion/question. Aside from leaving a message if they are on with another customer, I never have to talk to a machine or jump through hoops to get a "live" person.
