Meredith at the State College location was so helpful and knowledgeable, and really took time to explain and show sewing machine options to my kid who wanted to buy one. She was conscious of the price point and what it was needed for, and provided all sorts of extra useful info while there shopping for one. Really grateful to have found this nice shop with salesperson that genuinely enjoys helping customer and taking the time needed to make these kinds of pricey decisions. Thank you!

I have been a customer for over 20 years and my mother before me over 30+ years. I bought my sebo vacuum about 6 months ago. I am so happy with it and it was well worth the money. The time spent with me, showing and explaining everything to me was wonderful!!I started quilting and will come to Frye's sweeper and sewing center for my future quilting machine

Took my Janome 500e embroidery machine to get serviced, I asked if they could rush it and they had it done within a day. The issue came back so I took the machine back again and they fixed it immediately and didn't charge me extra. Very happy with my experience all things considered and would absolutely recommend, the front desk lady is very nice and patient.
