I had lofty goals for 2019. I entered 3 marathons. Because of over-training, I participated in only one. If it were not for for Ben, Tricia, and the rest of the amazing staff at NovaCare Allison Park, I might not have participated at all. I injured my right knee. Decided to head over to Pro Bike and Run in North Park for a once over. Tricia made me feel very comfortable and gave solid answers to each of my questions. Five months later, not only did they build up the strength in my knee but rebuilt my running confidence. I wish I had met them sooner as I have no doubt they would have helped me through 3 marathons. Tricia and Ben are the best to work with. They are attentive to their patients' needs and work one on one with you to make sure you get the most from your time at physical therapy. They offer flexible scheduling which works great with my crazy schedule.
