Chris is licensed and insured yet provided lowest quote with specs lining out equivalent to much higher bids from other contractors. Came on the promised date and finished in the promised time frame. Addressed an unforseen drainage issue with minimal additional expense. Saved a rhododendron that other bidders said would be sacrificed. I LOVE JCM. I originally hired them for a VERY long retaining wall and it turned out so beautiful, I just kept bringing them back again and again. They did my retaining wall, the concrete in my driveway, 3 garden tiers, my walkway to my front door, they made me custom pavers to match my walkway so I could put them in my garden, a set of concrete steps. i hired jcm landscaping to totally rehab the appearance of my property retaing walls and concrete driveway along with landscaping work while there prices was a little on the high side i definately got what i paid for they came highly recomended from a friend and i must say it was definately great experiance A+++++++++++
