“We envisioned a new deck that would embrace the woodsy character of our rear yard. We selected a minimalist stainless steel handrail system that enhanced the view of the forest from the deck. Other prosepective contractors shied away from our project presumably because of the custom product we selected. We selected Doug because he listened carefully to our ideas and expressed confidence that A-Line was up to the task. Once the framing and flooring was completed, Doug worked closely with the handrail manufacturer to provide as-built measurements and photos prior to fabrication. Doug and Pat and the crew then assembled the new railing system on-site. The new deck and railing is gorgeous. It reflects incredible attention to detail. The project exceeded our expectations. Doug remained in close communication with us throughout the project...very personable and business-like approach. Except for a few days of inclement weather, the A-Line crew showed up every day like clockwork. Throughout the project, we were kept informed of what was happening next and when it would happen.
