I cannot share enough positive things about Bittner Vision. I have been going for years, and have always trusted them with my and my family's eyes. This weekend just proved it...
My youngest woke up on Saturday with lots of light sensitivity, redness and pupil dilation in one eye. After giving it some time and no relief, I called their office after hours and was able to talk to Dr Manko over the emergency line. She right away shared that she would open the office so she could have a closer look at what was going on - ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Dr. Manko is great and took the time to update my prescription in my most recent eye exam. The staff are always friendly and helped me pick new glasses as well as took the time to ensure they fit correctly. You do not get this type of service at a big chain place in the mall.
