Very happy with two services from Viking - one at my house and one at my Mom's - in both cases was very easy to schedule and the technician was great - arrived on time and was pleasant and professional - would definitely recommend!

I discovered yesterday that I had a sizable colony of yellow jackets nesting inside the outer wall of my office/shed. I called Viking, they explained their services and pricing over the phone, and they were out by that afternoon. Jack, the technician, was great, explaining exactly what he would be doing and why, confirmed my suspicions of what was happening and where, and within a half hour his work was complete and the process was well on its way for doing away with the pests and their home. I could not have asked for a better experience.

From the representative I spoke to on the phone (Matt) who was super friendly and also the technician (Timothy) that came out and obliterated a large yellow jacket nest underground and even dug it up!!! That nest has been the bane of my existence all spring/summer and within 2 days could actually go in my shed to finally mow my lawn without being swarmed lol ? Service was above and beyond outstanding!! Would highly recommend!
