Third time lucky. My usual electrician was on vacation. After calling two other business for an emergency power outage on Sat (neither could help until Mon), I called Thomas Edison Electric, Inc, who came the same day. I called ~3:30pm. They stated someone would arrive between 4pm-7pm and stated the emergency fee. I was further updated about an hour later with the name of the electrician (Jason Z) with an arrival of 6pm-7pm. He arrived ~6:10pm. I explained the power went out, the main breaker was off and it was not a MetEd outage. Jason confirmed water (rained for several days) had been coming in due to a crack in an external seal near the meter and also... read full review

We needed emergency service and from the first phone call until the work was completed We were ? satisfied. The open communication made us feel at ease. Jake was professional, courteous, and well informed. Work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend. Thank you
