Searched for a salon that did microlocs in my area and found The Elite Beauty Lounge. LaFone was very receptive when I reached out. She answered all of my questions and provided the type of professionalism I was looking for in a stylist. Her staff were friendly and the shop was very nice and comfortable, you must try the massage chair. It alone is worth the visit. Needless to say I’m very happy about the services The Elite Beauty Studio provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install microlocs.
Requested style: Microlocs installation is a time intensive style. LaFone completed my head in under 8 hours. I was very pleased.

I always walk in at my scheduled time straight into a chair. While drying my hair they always offer little snacks & treats. Been a customer for over 2 yrs now!!! Thanks for all of the great customer service.

Before deciding to loc my hair, I had to be sure I was going to be able to find someone in an area that had a scarcity in black owned salons that were knowledgeable and affordable. I did several consultations in the area and decided to go with LaFone for several reasons.
The first one was when we did my consultation she was thorough and realistic about setting my expectations. There was a level of care and attention that she took that none of the other stylists took.
Secondly, she was warm, personable , and professional! I knew I would be taken care of since the loc’ing process is a longer term commitment.
