Mike came out to help with our situation with toxic mold in our crawlspace, we needed a very carefully done remediation done as I suffered mold mycotoxin sickness and this was what was required by the doctor to treat me. Mike was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information we never knew that is important to know for preventing these issues. He did a great job in remediating our crawlspace and fogging our home and carpets. When we had a mycotoxin test done afterwards it came back in the clear, and even the PROAC people who were replacing elements of our duct system in the crawlspace mentioned how great he did at the remediation. Highly recommend for mold removal.
Mike and team are friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, professional, and, most of all, thorough. I can't recommend them enough. We had dangerous lead dust in our basement after a renovation, and Mike saved the day. He explained every detail of the standards and process they would use to remediate the lead dust. They then went to work with serious HEPA vacs and cleaning agents to address the issue. We had recently moved, and our basement was full of boxes. Not only did they clean the hazardous lead from the basement floor but they also vacuumed and cleaned each item we had down there. A water line broke in my fully finished basement and caused havoc. Mike Coogan, the owner at Rainbow International, was dispatched by my insurance company to handle the cleanup. He and his team showed up within an hour and immediately went to work. Throughout the entire process Mike kept us informed of each step, was very professional and always showed up when he promised.He and his team were able to get everything cleaned up and ready for the next step within a few days and we couldn’t have had a better experience!If you ever have a choice in restoration companies, we HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team.
