Wonderful, caring and compassionate services offered by Nicos and his staff. I had odd requests and asked for unique timing of meetings and arrangements and they made it happen. They were very professional and also considerate of my needs during my loved ones passing.
We chose Nicos Elias and the Elias Funeral Home to handle funeral arrangements for my husband because they were the most knowledgeable about green burial. Nick handled everything with professionalism and sensitivity. He was always available when I called with questions. I plan on doing a pre-plan for my own arrangements with Elias Funeral Home. I would highly recommend them for any funeral planning and especially for a green burial. Thank you, Nick, for handling everything with grace.
Nick Elias helped my family after the death of my husband with such great compassion and professionalism. His deep understanding of our loss helped us through the difficult time. He was patient in providing his guidance and expertise, while making us feel comfortable and unpressured in making decisions about the service, which involved extensive planning. Then, more recently, Nick helped us in making arrangements for military honors for my father, who died in Florida. We wanted these honors in PA, and Nick graciously made the contacts and arrangements, even though the funeral arrangements were done by a funeral home in Florida.
