Michael did an excellent job. He did the work on short notice at a reasonable cost. He was patient, walking through the inspect with me, answering any questions and provided extremely valuable information on the house. I would highly recommend using him.

To elaborate, having someone such as Mike Werst inspecting a new or existing home is a solid foundation to build a trusting relationship with your home. He was incredibly thorough and was clear in what "next steps" were. He was also flexible in timing and communication. Perfect qualities in an inspector.
