The tech was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do to solve our problem. This is the 4th time we have used Maitz, I highly recommend them to everyone...thanks sooo much!!
Lyle was professional, thorough and honest. He made a bad situation, well... not so bad. He came out immediately, assessed the situation and offered the next possible steps, along with projected costs. He kept it real, and I truly appreciate that approach.
