Without doubt, the worst physician group in the area. Disorganized and unprofessional from the physians to the office manager, Megan. What a mess! Poor and highly negligent service in every single aspect from initial care to total lack of follow up. It’s astonishing how they stay open.

Zero stars for Dr Vivek Gautam for his dishonest, irresponsible and negligent care, failure to submit paperwork in a timely manner and then had the audacity to blame the patient. Avoid any form of care with him. When a practice has this many one star reviews, there is a reason! No lack of physicians in the Lehigh Valley. Do not waste your time with such abominable sloppy “care”.

Good luck trying to get anyone from the referral office to get back to you. Last year i was waiting for a phone call for 6 months because they got my doctor wrong on the referral. I called my insurance company a week before my RA appt and they were able to switch the name. I did finally get a phone call from the referral line an hour after my appt!! So here it is another year and Ineed a referral. the answering service said leave a short message and we will get back to you. Well that was two weeks ago and still nothing. Do they not realize that some of us wait 6 months to see a specialist and we need a referral from them!!!! PATIENT BEWARE!!!
