Dr Knappenberger is a very thorough optometrist and explains everything she does well. She was willing to answer any questions as well. Her assistant was very thorough as well.
The wait was a bit long but it appeared my paperwork was misplaced resulting in the delay .
Rated 10. To say this office is professional is an understatement. Although crowded and busy they take care of their patients. The one item I would like to point out they are consistent. Their is little variation in office visits. I feel no white coat anxiety here.
My recent appointment with Dr. Shah went well, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait time even more pleasant.
Dr. Shah was thorough and attentive during the examination, taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the quality of care I received. The modern equipment and technology used during the exam were impressive and ensured a comprehensive check-up.
