The scheduling for initial appointment was supper easy, scheduling for the work to be done was weather dependent and very understandable. Communication could have been better from the office side of things; but the people who came out and did the work were PHENOMENAL. They talked me through each step prior to them doing it, made sure I was well informed. They were friendly and super courteous (even when my cat got startled they asked if he was ok). They took pictures along the way to show me what it was they were actually doing and made me feel even more comfortable with my decision to go with them. Back in January the flue liner of my chimney had collapsed. Tried dealing with my insurance company first but 3 months later the insurance had denied claim and sent letter stating they would no longer renew my insurance. A friend of mine who is a realtor highly recommended lehigh valley chimney . I called and they’ve been extremely helpful with everything. Even working on a timeline as my homeowners insurance would terminate in just a few days. Alex (I hope I have his name right) the tech that came over was extremely helpful and polite. I have nothing but good things to say.
100% would recommend to anyone in the Lehigh Valley! Mike and Vincente were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They came earlier than expected and were finished with the job in less time than I thought. Mike even entertained my extra questions on proper maintenance for my wood burning stove. Thank you again to both of them!
