Unforeseen delays(not builders fault) delayed construction but the builders agent Patricia Fisco and her team did everything in her power to manage the situation, was very communicative with me and worked synergistically with the finishing team to have a easy final walkthrough and a smooth closing. My husband and I had a great experience with Kay Builders at Laurel Field. We bought our first home with them and everything went smoothly. We received a lot of support from VP, James Blewitt. He personally worked with us in making sure we understood and was pleased with everything. Mr. Blewitt is pleasant and stayed responsive to our concerns. Robert Ringer and the team were also great. He took his time in showing and explaining features in our new home. The team quickly responded to any issues or concerns that we came across. They put quality in their work. We are extremely happy with our new home and Kay Builders.
