Terri, the knowledgeable scheduler, quickly determined the best and shortest response time for our church oven. Shawn, the technician arrived when scheduled and performed a temporary repair until parts arrived. This allowed us to fill our Christmas orders. When parts came Shawn returned an fixed the aging oven to as new. Good service, Great people, Fair pricing.
Our restaurant The FairGrounds Hotel is rather old built in 1904’ and our building along with some of our kitchen equipment lacks a lot of Modernization which makes repairs an unfortunate necessity more often then we are proud to say and K&D has worked with over the decade through the good, bad, and the ugly to help us along and keep us alive and celebrating ☮️❤️🦞. You might not like to call them but more often you need them and they really do their very best to provide the service you need to get you cooking again!!
Used to service the commercial stove and oven at My church. technician arrived at the appointed time, and he worked on the appliance. Called me when finished and went over what he had to do. Tech was very professional.
