Purchased a home in the west end knowing the AC unit was old but still functional. In an attempt to be prepared I started meeting with HVAC companies, nice folks. I called my Friend and realtor Creighton Faust and asked him for input. He didn’t hesitate “call Tom at ICS he’s my go to he’ll know what the right answers are -I trust him” That was good for me because I trust Creighton so I called Tom.
As usual Creighton was right. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly detailed and personable.

They have been great so far. Ashley who answrs the phone is always so kind and helpful! The tech who came out to do our annual service did an excellent job and was on time. They also overquoted us on prices which is the way to go - underpromise and overdeliver!
ICS recently installed a new High Efficiency HVAC system for us. From day one everything went smooth. Everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to us and was executed as quoted. The technicians/installers that put the unit it were clean, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend ICS for any of your HVAC needs!
