Gretchen is a true gem! She not only is an expert at her craft (and has helped me embrace my curls) but she also is an exceptional person full of kindness and fun!. Even my teenage son can’t wait for appointments with her just to hang out and catch up. I cannot recommend Gretchen enough for any service, but if you’re a curly hair girl, she is the best!
I had my first curly cut and consult with Gretchen a few weeks ago. I would say I have 3b curls and frizz is my major issue. Gretchen took so much time to explain her process, walk me through her technique. She also gave samples of some of the products she used and more to try! Because of her educational approach I have been able to make my hair just as bouncy and frizz free as she did! She made me fall in love with my curls all over again!! I highly recommend her for any curly girl out there!
amazing experience all around!! super kind and thoughtful. always made sure I was OK with everything she was doing to my hair before she did it.
