Dr. Frey and his team is beyond ! The team is extraordinary! Everyone is dressed to the nines , the work together like a well oiled machine. The office is immaculate , and the environment got me excited for my new smile. Dr. Frey senior has taken time out to call and check in on me, he is personable and professional at the same time. His practice came highly recommended and he didn't let down. Technology in the office was on point and very straight forward. Maximum wait time was 5 minutes and the hours of operation work with the horrible schedule I have. If you want your smile corrected and you don't want to second guess a thing this is your go to place !

I get my Invisalign tomorrow but the experience I’ve had even before starting treatment has been the absolute best. Dr. Frey and Alyssa have been the biggest help, showing attention to detail, and explained things clearly and efficiently. Alyssa has followed up many times answering my questions later in the evening, has fit me in with my work schedule, and has truly shown great care and compassion. Dr. Frey has been dedicated to my budget, helping to make my treatment affordable. Also a huge thank you to the front desk staff and the kindness they have shown me on the phone. Dr. Gregg Frey went above and beyond when i needed an Emergency fix to a 20 year old permanent retainer that broke. I was never a patient as his office and he quickly responded to my plea for treatment when I contacted his office. With a personal phone call from Dr. Frey on Saturday to sitting in a chair in his office on Monday morning. Dr. Frey and his staff quickly removed the bar that had broken off a tooth early Saturday morning and provided a professional cleaning of the direct area impacted by the now removed permanent retainer.
