If there is an emergency, this place is for you. Very attentive staff and they are upfront about everything. Communication is vital and they do so throughout the process. Clean facility, excellent care and great caring staff.
Very helpful and caring. I guess my dog was much more sick than we all thought. They did their best. Offered medicine when we couldn't afford to do the full procedure. They did whatever they could to help us with options. She died soon after however.... Still, they are very caring and informative. I do wish there was something for the pain as she died very uncomfortable. As stressful as it is. You all did your best.
Our dog became sleepy and barely able to move over night so we drove an hour to take him here. The care and compassion was wonderful and once we were in they listened to our concerns and how we thought it was possible Lymes and even brought in a possible bill before doing any testing to make sure we were okay with everything that they needed to do. The testing and medication was fairly priced. The only down side was the agonizing wait to get back into a room. It took us 4 hours to be seen. But as an ER vet at night i also understood the wait.
