I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option.

Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. It was clear he took pride in doing the job right.

After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. We’re very happy to move forward with Dual Temp and appreciate the professionalism and expertise!

Patrick Boyle, my Technician, went above and beyond to complete my furnace tuneup to my Total Satisfaction. From the text to inform me that he was on his way, to a follow-up phone call to explain what work was preformed.
This was my first time using Dual Temp,
And they are now the ONLY HVAC company that I will ever use!
