I have taken my daughter to this practice for the past 9 years for her severe tree nut allergy. We have always seen the NP Katie, and we absolutely love her! She has always been very thorough in her assessment of allergy plans and protocols for her. As my daughter has gotten older she’s developed some new minor allergies while outgrowing and doing food challenges for her prior allergens. Her work up was so thorough that we felt very safe in her hands completing these challenges-and now we can incorporate more foods into her diet and also not live in fear! The reviews about the staff being rude, it's one woman at the front desk who is nasty and judge mental. If you attempt to ask a question, you get dirty looks and she usually responds like she is irritated that you ask anything at all, its unprofessional and she gives the entire office a bad impression. The rest of the staff is great but that behavior each time, makes me want to move where I get my shots.
I was hesitant to come here after reading so many negative reviews, but I've had a very positive experience in my two years of being in their care. Dr. Arakali and Dr. Ciliberti are wonderful and listen to my needs as we work together to figure out the best care plan to address my seasonal and environmental allergies. I've never felt rushed during my annual check-in appointments. The allergy shot staff are also super friendly.
The staff at the front desk can be a little rude/curt at times, and I've overheard them gossiping about patients which is pretty uncomfortable. It's kind of hard since the phones are right in the waiting area, so you can hear EVERYTHING....read full review
