Had Joe come out to do a repair. First time out he replaced the defrost heater. Everything worked fine for a month Nd same thing happened. He did come back and said it was something else. Replaced thst part and 3 weeks kater same thing. Called him 3 times and no response. Do not use this guy!!!!!

I had used him several years ago and the service was great. This time he came to evaluate my refrigerator and said he had to order a new ice machine. I paid $200.00 down and was able to reach him to return and install it at which time I paid the balance of $130+ and he said it would take air 24- hours to be fully functional. That was weeks ago and it still doesn't work. Multiple phone calls and reached him once. He said he would be there the upcoming Tuesday-3 days later between 11 and1:00. He never called, never showed up and I have not been able to reach him since. I am out almost $400.00 and no ice machine!!!

Joe put in a part that didn’t work and said he’d be back with a water valve. That was 2 months ago. He won’t return calls. Don’t use him unless you want to throw your money away.
