We cannot say enough nice things about Builders & Management Plus and their team. From quotation to project completion, they were extremely professional and friendly. Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman & the owner. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). These guys did a nice job. They were fast and they cleaned up afterwards. When I emailed or called them, they were professional and answered all of my questions . I was really impressed as I saw on my ring doorbell, they were walking around with something that looked like a big magnet, picking up any nails that might’ve been dropped in the grass or parking lot.
