Jaiden, Precious and Jelissa at Visionworks in Bethlehem were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional when I recently purchased 2 new pairs of eyeglasses there. One pair had to be sent back for a stronger prescription. Visionworks has a very accommodating lens replacement policy, for which I am grateful. Throughout this entire process Jaiden, Precious and Jelissa really went above and beyond helping me in regard to my vision challenges. They took a lot of time and were very patient with me. I love both my new pairs of eyeglasses. The frames are beautiful and the lenses are the best vision I can ask for. I highly recommend Visionworks in Bethlehem.

Went in for my annual exam, which was done as a "televisit.". This meant that the optometrist was remote, but the rest of the staff was on site. Very slick experience. Good experience all around!
