“We live in an older home with a couple of additions added on over the years before we purchased the home. We remodeled almost everything inside the home and decided it was time to do the exterior. I contacted Joel at Eby Exteriors; he was very professional and attentive. Most of the exterior of the home is New Holland Stone. He then pointed out we had four different types of siding on the balance of the home. So we decided to replace the current siding with a new, modern one. During the project, they discovered some wood rot, which was found to be carpenter ants and termites. Long story short, the Eby Exteriors team was terrific. They kept us up-to-date on the day-to-day progress and when the project was completed—gorgeous! I would highly recommend anyone to Eby Exteriors for any exterior home improvement!“

The laundry / bathroom was especially challenging due to a "90's waterproofing job resulting in a very uneven floor along with many other issues. Much of the old concrete was jackhammered out and a completely new floor was poured. New walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting and doors completely transformed the entire finished area of the basement into something we are very proud of and plan to enjoy for years to come. They handled the whole process of applying for the Variance with the Township that was required in order be able to build the 2 car garage addition due to setback requirements on the property. The excellent support they provided throughout the entire process resulted in getting the Variance approved which was a major accomplishment that required a lot of work to accomplish. Once the project began the entire team from L&H were outstanding to work with. They provided excellent communication once the project began and the project manager and foreman reached out to me directly and communicated regularly throughout the entire project.The entire L&H team was always very responsive from providing the initial quote and being flexible during the project to make many additional changes I requested as the project progressed.
