“We were married at Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens on November 11, 2023, and I organized Darla's for my mother's hair and makeup. We had no bridal party. But during the process of planning the wedding, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and lost her hair. I let Darla's know ahead of time of the change and what was going on and they were so thoughtful and kind. The day of having hair and makeup, it honestly felt like I was just getting ready with my friends. They were so laid back and calm, which I needed around me since I was so anxious. They made me feel so amazing leading up to the moment my husband saw me, and I can't put a price on that. With my mom and her situation, they were so kind and considerate. She still had her makeup done, and it was her favorite she had ever looked. She was beautiful, and I'm so grateful they were able to make her feel so beautiful on such an important day for her. I just wanted her to be able to enjoy the day despite everything that happened, and Darla's staff was definitely a big part of that happening. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.“

“I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found Lori. I had an experience a very expensive one at that and I was just so upset I really did not know what I was going to do. I somehow - (thank goodness) found Loris package deal one line in my frantic google search to fix the mess that was made and messaged her right away with pics of my hair. I was able to pretty quickly (2 days later) see her for a consult and luckily enough for me , Lori scheduled me the next day (today).
I was crying happy tears at the end. Lori is patient and committed to listening to give you want you ask for. Fixing what I thought would have been a much longer and very expensive process. But it wasn’t and for that I am very grateful. I am excited to have my now, new hairdresser!! Thank you Lori!!

I don't wear makeup much, so I was nervous about getting professional makeup done on such an important day. I ended up getting the airbrush makeup and loved it. It was light weight and lasted the whole night. HUGE thank you to the team, especially the two girls who were there on my wedding day to do our hair and makeup: KATE & KARA! I had my trial run with Kate as well and she was so helpful and easy to talk to about all of the decisions to make. Also had easy communication via email with two others on the team: Abbey & Maili. Definitely book Studio 8 they are a no-stress team to have on your wedding day!“

I shared my vision with Lexi and explained no one can ever seem to get the tones correct. She did a balayage on me and it was stunning. The inspiration picture and my hair looked identical.
