24-7 open a will as secured building with cameras operating so u feel safe. There's not many gyms in our town so this is best option. A lil pricy compared to places like anytime fitness but they don't have anyone fitness money so what u get is what they have which is pretty good for the hours open. It's a great place to get that fit in

Today was my first time back to CrossFit class since before the Pandemic started. I felt comfortable that management has put a sanitation plan in action to keep customers safe from the virus. If your thinking about going back to work out or looking for a safe gum to go to, The Gym is one of the best gyms. Wear your mask, keep a safe distance, wipe down the equipment you use and get your workout.

G&TL has different areas for what ever your fitness modality. Powerlifting? Check. Crossfit, cardio, machines? Check. Strongman? Check. The owners and people are great, and the prices are very reasonable. Love it here!
