No waiting. Appointment time is honored. Quiet, comfortable salon environment. Stylist knows hair care; she doesn't just do hair. I made another appointment.
Nicole is THE best hairstylist. She is also great at shampooing. No one can compare. I started as a walk-in about 3 years ago and I've been back every week since!
