We called Reliance when our heater wasn't turning on. George was able to come out the same day. It turned out to be a minor issue. He fixed our heater quickly and charged us a fair price. I live in a townhome apartment and our property maintenance department contracts with Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC for complex heating and cooling issues. George has been here twice--once for our heating system and once for our central air conditioning. I can't say enough about the quality of the work George does! He explains the problem and fixes it both efficiently and thoroughly--all with a friendly & courteous attitude. Our maintenance people, while good at what they do, were no match for the heating problems we were having, but George really knew his stuff and solved all the problems! We didn't have any problems with the heating system for the entire winter. When he came out to fix our central air, I knew that it was as good as fixed just because he was there! I have anxiety when it comes to having strangers in the house with me, but George has a demeanor that really puts me at my ease. I highly recommend!
