I had Quallett come out for routine heater maintenance. I was glad I chose them based on recommendations from the neighborhood chat. They lived up to their reputation. I was very pleased with the service, attention to detail, and the time taken to explain what was done and their recommendations. I have a new HVAC company that I will use for heating and plumbing .
Quallet HVAC is great! They work hard and get the job done, everyone is great to have around and the whole job went smoothly!
Update: I've now used them several times and they're really some of the best contractor's I've ever worked with- excellent communication, quality work, reasonable pricing, timely scheduling, its all great.
My 25 year old window air units had pretty much given up and with the summer heat I knew they needed replacing. I reached out to Quallet to assess my needs. Joe Jr. came we discussed central vs split units and settled on splits. He patiently waited while I got the funds together and completed the job in 5 days from “ it’s a go”. ( one day got electrician, next day was install)
Love the new units (2), can’t believe how quiet they are and cool the entire first floor! Everything cleaned up, tested, etc
