Joe doesn't like to answer calls or texts. After the contact is signed, he will not show up at the scheduled time, if at all. It took him over a week to install a furnace and ac condenser and the furnace leaks. I've asked him to come back and he ignores my and my wife's calls. I had to call from a different number for him to answer and now he won't answer that either or blocked numbers. His VM was even full and messages could not be left.. I had to have surgery right as he was supposed to do the job and he left my wife hanging while i was in the hospital. I tried to stress to him the job needs to get done before my procedure and that is when he started "ghosting" us....read full review
I used his company for a year with little issue. Then this year, the owner didn’t show up for several appointments and never called to cancel. He’s frustrating to deal with. I paid for a annual contract and asked for a refund. He sent me a unprofessional text. Do yourself a favor and stay clear unless you want to waste a lot time waiting around.
