“I only visited their office twice since new owners took over.Since then they've upgraded to do more then just a normal eye Dr's office. Once for my daughter who had pink eye and for myself where I have multiple issues going on with my eyes.The assistant who took all of my tests did a great job and was able to answer questions about all the different machines they have.The doctor was much more informative, as you would hope, when answering my questions. Also, she took the time to hear about all of my issues even though I probably told her the same thing over a few times.I'm probably going to upgrade to 5 stars after a couple more visits but I can't do it until I have more visits under my belt. “I recently had the corrective lenses of my eyeglasses replaced at the Warrington, PA Walmart, per my optometrist's instructions. What a fantastic experience! The Walmart employee, Kara, was very professional and competent. She was very kind and very knowledgable as she explained the process. One week later, when I returned to Walmart to pick up my eyeglasses, again, Kara was friendly and attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with the new lenses. I enjoyed my experience and want to commend Kara for her professional expertise.

“I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old. I have a very high prescription, so my lenses are very thick. As a child my parents always took me to Mark at Linder Opticians for my glasses. I started wearing contacts at 13 and only wear my glasses a few hours a day now. Twice I have made the mistake of going to a “chain” because that’s who participated with my insurance. Both times my glasses were such a disappointment. The lenses were like coke bottles, so thick, etc. I literally have had friends and family burst out laughing with the last pair of glasses I got from a chain. ?Never again! I went back to see Mark at his Blue Bell office and I’m just amazed at how good my new glasses look. He is so highly skilled and knows exactly what frames will work best with a prescription like mine. He takes so much pride in his work. I actually almost cried when I got this last pair of glasses because they were such an improvement. I now realize that the places that participate with my insurance typically hire people who don’t have the kind of schooling, expertise, and experience that someone like Mark has. I can’t tell you enough how worth it is to go to Linder. Especially if you have a high/complicated prescription. I’m actually wearing my glasses now to watch tv, etc and can give my eyes a rest from my contacts since I finally have a decent pair of glasses again. Mark is simply the best! “I have been using the Eye Institute at their Chestnut Hill Office. I am very pleased there. I not only get exams there, I also buy my glasses there. The glasses are sold by a separate company but opticians know their business. This time I went to their main Eye Institute office because my glasses were not sitting or closing correctly. I was able to be seen, even though it was very close to closing hours. The optician took great care of me and fixed my glasses. They now fit perfectly and I have no more fear of them not closing properly. I highly recommend the Eye Institute.“
