I am not sure where to start with Chud. They took over from the company that installed my unit. They have always been on top of their game!! This past week Sean came out to a service call, to find i had a broken coil. I was not able to be at the house for the service call, but Sean kept in touch with me, during and after the call with the next plan. The bottom line was i needed a new system as this repair was too expensive not to replace. That put me in touch with Michael whom drove to my house at 8-9pm to review the sizing for the replacement, got me a quote at 11pm. Talk about service. Thank goodness for Chud! Our hot water heater broke on a Friday night, flooding our laundry room. Chud’s on call service was incredible. We were connected right away with a real person. They were clear about what to expect regarding a response from the tech team and we received follow up calls exactly as they described, despite us calling at night on a weekend. By mid-day Monday, our system was fully replaced and functioning. Our technicians, Shane and Alex, were efficient, kind, communicative and effective. Really pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend!

The technicians, were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They explained everything making sure I understood my new unit and when they left there wasn't a scrap of paper left behind. The office staff was just as nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Chudd for Heating and Air Conditioning .
