8/4/2023 I Lubov Anderson made an appointment with the dentist M. Bowman. The office worker told me that I could bring my CD with x-rays of my teeth. Bowman said I don't have away to read your CD my system is new. Then She took new x-rays of all my teeth. At the end of the visit, I asked Maria to send me a copy of the X-ray and a conclusion on the condition of my teeth. Previously, Maria sent me my X-ray of my teeth to my email. Maria told me that her computer system is new and she can't send me x-rays to my email. Maria said that I'm not a doctor and I wouldn't understand X-rays. and said that she will send all my documents and x-rays to my dentist, if necessary. I told the doctor that by law she is required to give me a copy of my X-rays and documents. I asked Dr Bowman to please repair my upper prosthesis first because I cannot chew food well without an upper denture and I have trouble digesting food. Dr Bowman said she would have to put some fillings on my lower teeth first. Only after that will they send my prosthesis to the laboratory so that an additional 2 teeth can be placed on the upper prosthesis. Dr Bowman said that other patients were waiting for her and left. Then I continued the conversation with Capa the office advisor. Capa told me that the prosthesis would be made in the laboratory for 2 weeks. I explained to Capa that I need a prosthesis sooner because I cannot chew food well without an upper denture and I have trouble digesting food. I told Capa that I would have to leave, so I ask her to send my upper prosthesis to the laboratory for work earlier. Capa said I could go to a dental lab and do it myself. I asked Capa the office advisor to invite Dr Bowman. When Dr Bowman came, she said that my prosthesis would be made in the laboratory for 2 days. At the end of our conversation, I asked Dr Bowman please give me my X-rays I by law have a right to these records. She replied NO! 8/08/2023 I went to Dr Bowmans office with a copy of the Oregon Dental Board law and handed Dr Bowman And said you don't know about this Law? and she had no answer.Then she stated that she would send my DENTAL RECORDS to my email like before. And on that same day I gave the Law on health records she sent my x-rays to my email.

Complete rip off!!! Make sure you get a second opinion! I was told my son had 6 cavities and that my daughter had 3..I went for a second opinion and turns out they don't have 1 cavity in their mouths!! She also referred me to a pediatric dentist...and after doing some research I found out that the guy she referred me to is her husband!! I bet they make a lot of money doing unnecessary work on poor little kids....makes me sick!!!

I have had a life long battle with dentist fear. I have one horror story after another . . .but no need to go into those. This is the first place I don't stress about going to. Both dentists have been so sweet, caring, and sensitive to my fears & needs. They have never caused me pain, and each time I leave, I let out a BIG THANKFUL sigh of relief. If you go to these ladies, you're in good hands!!!
