If I could give 6 stars, I would. I had great service many years ago, have recommended him for years to family and friends. I wanted to upgrade the stereo in my current Subaru so I went back to Steve. The appointment went quickly, everything worked great. The stereo did start having connectivity issues with Android Auto after a few weeks and after some diagnosis, he ordered a new head unit to replace it under warranty. When I came in for the replacement, he made time (even though he was slammed) and got it swapped out and even added a couple of custom button configurations for me. I can't recommend him enough. I drive 20-30 minutes to get to his location and it is worth it. I'd rather go to him than the 2-3 shops that are within a couple miles of where we live. Great service!!!

Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Northwood Health Center! So professional and encouraging. Standing by their guarantee to lose 20 lbs or take the program again for free, I felt I had to try it. I lost 25 and was ecstatic! With much more weight to lose, I signed up again with similar results. In one year Ive lost 75 lbs and over 93 inches.
