“So I got my 2 bids with Sky being the 3rd I was going to cancel their bid as I knew I wasn’t going to pick a big company to do the work for me. At last second I decided to let them give me a bid and to my surprise they got the job. The salesman Steve was amazing and I don’t like sales people. First people in were the installers. Jake was excellent and fun to work with. Enrique was quieter but pleasant and a hard worker. Then the electricians were in. While I don’t remember their names they were fast and efficient. Then Parker came in to get the system operational. Just another amazing employee for Sky.
Moving on to 4 stars…
Sky made their sale and disappeared. I had to call to set up a mechanical inspection with Sky as I thought they would have done that for me as soon as the work was done. I have yet to receive any paperwork for energy saving tax credits to file with my taxes in January.
That being said, I have an amazing new super expensive system that works great.

“I have a maintenance contract on my HVAC system for my home with Robben & Sons. They come out in spring and fall and check over the AC in spring and the furnace in the fall. Tune up, check for leaks, check heat exchanger, (this furnace is 22 years old) and generally make sure everything is working fine. The technician always arrives on time with text messages when he is on the way. They are doing an excellent job helping me extend the life of this old system, delaying the cost of putting in new one. Money well spent. A+ for their servce.“
