The staff, including manager Belle and technician Mey, are known for their professional and quick resolution of issues. They provide a good selection of eyeware and are one of the few places that still offer magnetic clip-on sunglasses for regular glasses. The Vision Center has great customer service. I took my sons glasses in to get repaired and they fixed them there right on the spot. I want to thank the staff for being professional and very helpful.
Despite a miscommunication from another Walmart Vision Center, manager Belle and technician Mey were able to rectify the situation reasonably, quickly and professionally. The moral of the story: polycarbonate lenses are very much worth added price. Thanks again.
