“Viktor and his team did a 2-layer tear off of my existing siding, and replaced it with a Hardie siding. At the time of quoting, Provision was about 15% higher than my lowest bidder, and comparable to another bid I had received. From the details that Viktor had pointed out in the quoting phase, I was confident he would do a thorough job.

Cons: Project started a few days late
Project took an extra 3 weeks in total. The communication was strong throughout, and we indicated we weren't terribly time sensitive.

Overall, we're very pleased with the result. There were some items that we expected we'd incur extra charges for and were not. We found the quality of work to be excellent, and I'd confidently hire this group again.“

“I had a fantastic experience with Portland Roofing Company. They installed new CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Granite Gray on my home, and the roof looks stunning. I was especially impressed with the extra precautions they took, like applying ice and water shield around the chimney and skylights. They also replaced two skylights, which now allow a lot more natural light into my home. The team was thorough and professional, and they left my property clean after finishing. “We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed.We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.“
