I recently had a heat pump installed and, two years ago, I had new furnace installed. I have been really satisfied with both installations, though it is too early to rate the cooling during hot weather, since we have not had hot weather since they installed the heat pump. I especially liked the fact that, when they installed the furnace, they fixed it so that the heat pump could be added later, using the same furnace. That was really good planning. The price was reasonable and I was convinced they really know their business. I do recommend this firm.
