So a few months later I had him come to hook it back up. He said the pump was done and replaced it on the spot for a very reasonable price.“

“Had the BEST experience with A&B Air Solutions this past week, needed my HVAC repaired after a long very hot weekend with no A/C and they really came through! I got through to them on the holiday weekend (not an answering service!) and they came the next day. Anton is very professional, took time to explain things, was thorough and respectful. He and Sergey were on time, found (and fixed) the main issue right away, helped trouble-shoot another problem, gave great advice on maintaining the system, too. “I contacted Noble Heating & Air to get a second opinion on my furnace repair. They responded promptly and were able to come out within 24 hours to give a free inspection and and estimate for the repair. The first company I had contacted charged $185 to let me know what, in their opinion was wrong with the furnace. They then gave me an estimate of nearly $3000 for the repair, indicating that three components needed replacement. They had spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes, testing one of the components. At that price point, I decided to get a second opinion. Tim from Noble heating came out and spent approximately 30 minutes testing various aspects of the furnace. He reported that only one of the components was not working properly and I was given a new estimate of over $1000 less than the original one from the other company. Tim was able to come out the following morning, make the repair and had my furnace up and running. I am appreciative of Noble’s quick response, honest expertise, and mechanical skills by repairmanTim. Noble is a small company that understand it’s customers, and treats them like neighbors and family.“

They conducted a quick and efficient install of a brand new furnace system in my home, and took the time to explain how to use it (answering even the most simple of questions). “So I got my 2 bids with Sky being the 3rd I was going to cancel their bid as I knew I wasn’t going to pick a big company to do the work for me. At last second I decided to let them give me a bid and to my surprise they got the job. The salesman Steve was amazing and I don’t like sales people. First people in were the installers. Jake was excellent and fun to work with. Enrique was quieter but pleasant and a hard worker. Then the electricians were in. While I don’t remember their names they were fast and efficient. Then Parker came in to get the system operational. Just another amazing employee for Sky.

Sky made their sale and disappeared. I had to call to set up a mechanical inspection with Sky as I thought they would have done that for me as soon as the work was done. I have yet to receive any paperwork for energy saving tax credits to file with my taxes in January.
That being said, I have an amazing new super expensive system that works great.

“New ac installed, our old unit was so tiny and old. Very happy with the simple process of installation. Financing was really easy, quality of work was amazing. Jacob was very helpful!“

“Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! (Lol) Thank you again for everything!!“
