I thankfully dodged a bullet and didn't have bedbugs (phew!), but I reached out to a few companies and this one got back to me immediately and scheduled someone to visit the next day, very convenient. The inspector was very thorough and polite and I'm glad they wear guards on their shoes when they enter. A really fantastic company to work with, I will definitely call them up if anything ever pops up.
I thought I did a follow up comment regarding this matter but apparently I did not do it correctly. It does not show alongside this one. Not knowing how to delete my review when I change my mind, I will just try again on the follow up. I did get a prompt reply from EcoGuard about my "unhappy customer" review. they were apologetic and serious about improving their order process. It is not common to find a company that own up to their misstep and do something about it. I was offered a free service to make up for their mistake, but I have already hired some other company to fix my rodent problem, so I did not take it. If you happen to be in the process of finding a pest control company to hire. This one is worth considering.
Dylan was so great! He listened to our needs and wants and made it happen. We felt comfortable with our choices and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We also had a great experience with Jordan on the phone setting up our yearly visits. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with EcoGuard over the next year + !
